BIATS – Industrial Archaeology

The Barnwood Industrial Archaeology & Transport Society meet on a monthly basis for talks and outings on a diverse range of topics relating to local industrial heritage – recently this has included the Gloster Aircraft Company, Cotswold Canals, Ledbury Brewery and theThames Severn Canal.

The 2017 summer schedule will include a number of walks and outings with an industrial heritage theme, starting in the Forest of Dean on Sun 30th April.

Talks take place in the Barnwood Pavilion during the winter months on Monday evenings from 7pm to 10pm.  Outings generally take place during the summer with times and locations advertised on an individual basis via the Events page and the RMA Newsletter.
