The 2020 Annual General Meeting of the Sports & Social Club will take place on Tuesday 21st January in the Sizewell Room at Barnwood. Refreshments will be served from 12pm with the meeting to start properly at 12.30pm.
This is an opportunity to meet the committee and discuss plans and ideas for the future of the S&SC as well as conducting a small amount of formal business reporting back on the year from Sept 2018 to Sept 2019 and appointing a new committee. We will also be saying thank you and goodbye to Ruth Dixon, who is retiring as S&SC Accountant and announcing new changes to the S&SC office management.
Please attend if at all possible, the S&SC exists for the benefit of its members and the more involved you are, the more the club can support your interests. New committee members are always welcome, to help steer the club into the future.
