There is now a new Pilates class running at 12pm on Mondays in the S&SC Pavilion, lead by Tracey Wilson-Kisson, the Barnwood Physiotherapist.
Classes cost £5 and are open to all, but you are advised to discuss with Tracey first if you have back problems or no previous experience of Pilates, to check that the class is right for you. You can contact Tracey via Occupational Health at Barnwood.
