For all non-EDF/Barnwood staff visiting Barnwood during the day:
We have been asked by the company to confirm and clarify the procedures to be followed whenever non-EDF employees visit Barnwood site during office hours for S&SC activities. This applies to associate members, retired members and family members and any guests you may bring with you and includes use of the gym, tennis courts, pavilion or conference centre etc
When you arrive on site:-
· Please report to main reception to sign in and obtain a green visitors pass.
· Anyone needing to sign out a key should then go to the security window with a piece of photographic ID to confirm their identity. This will be retained by security and once the key is returned the ID will then be passed back to the owner. The person signing out the key will also be checked against the key list passed
· In the event of an emergency you should muster at the green outside the heat pump house ready to be checked off by the fire team.
The arrangements for visiting site out of office hours for S&SC activities continue to be that ALL S&SC members – including EDF employees – should sign in on the S&SC sign in sheets in the folder kept with security and remember to sign out when you leave. All guests and visiting team players must also sign in.
