RMA Outing – West Somerset Railway – Thurs 16th July

The RMA are running a trip to the West Somerset Railway on Thursday 16th July 2015.

The Trip leaves Barnwood from the overflow car park at 8.30am and the cost of the trip is £20 including train fare and coach travel.

Take the country branch line of the Old Great Western Railway from Bishops Lydeard to Minehead and enjoy the nostalgic ride back in time through lovely countryside or study the railway and industrial heritage which this line preserves.

Catch the 11.05 steam train from Bishops Lydeard to Minehead, arriving at 12.25pm for free time in Minehead with its various attractions and facilities including the Grade II Listed station building with café and of couse the beach.  Depart Minehead at 15.25 arriving back at Bishops Lydeard at 16.45.
