Total Fitness Section
CURRENTLY SUSPENDED DUE TO COVID-19
Previously known as Aerobics & Yoga, the section holds a range of fitness classes in the Sports Pavilion on Monday, Wednesday and Friday lunchtimes.
All classes are taken by Sarah Barratt of the Dance Factory, who is a fully qualified Fitness & Yoga Instructor. Sarah uses a wide variety of styles, so there is something different every week. The atmosphere is fun and completely non-competitive. Everyone can take the exercises at their own pace, and Sarah can suggest alternatives for anyone with problems. Total Body Workout:
A wide range of cardio and body conditioning excercises for a full body workout. Activities include weights, kettlebells, bands, step, HIIT, circuit, boxercise…Something different every week!
Fitness Yoga:
Yoga style exercises concentrating on core strength and flexibility. Non-sweaty! The ideal antidote to sitting at a desk all day.

Classes cost £4 per session. You also need to join the Total Fitness Section (fee £1) and be a member of the S&SC. no equipment needed, except for suitable clothing and footwear (clean trainers only please or bare feet for Fitness Yoga)
